Cooking Sausage

  • Start by cooking the sausage links in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.

Preparing French Toast Mixture

Rolling the Bread

  • Take a slice of bread, flatten it slightly with a rolling pin, and place a sausage link at one end.
  • Roll the bread around the sausage link tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Cooking Roll-Ups

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Dip each roll-up in the French toast mixture, coating thoroughly, then place in the pan.
