  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
  • Stir in the cabbage and cook until it wilts and becomes tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
