For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Try a homemade version for a fresher taste, or use Greek yogurt for a lighter alternative.

To Serve

  • 4 tortillas Whole grain tortillas add more fiber, or you can use lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix well until everything is coated.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  • Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly around the filling. Tuck in the sides as you roll to keep the filling secure.
  • Continue to roll the remaining tortillas with the leftover chicken Caesar mixture.

Optional Grilling

  • If you prefer a crispy texture, grill the wraps for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving

  • Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately for the best taste.

Notes

Use freshly shredded chicken for the best flavor. Pre-chill the lettuce to enhance its crispness. Always taste the mixture before serving; adjust seasoning if needed.
