Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (6-8 ounces each, boneless and skinless)

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter twist) Greek yogurt can be used as a healthier substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated) Can substitute with Pecorino Romano or Italian blend.
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Coating and Baking

  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • For a golden, crispy topping, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking, watching carefully to avoid burning.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect cooking. Customize seasoning and add fresh herbs for enhanced flavor.
