Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 lb ground beef Can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped or shredded Spinach or mixed greens can work as alternatives.

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup ranch dressing Greek yogurt mixed with herbs can be a healthier alternative.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Feel free to use your favorite cheese.

To Serve

  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled Turkey bacon can be a lighter alternative.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup pickles, sliced
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, place a layer of chopped or shredded lettuce at the bottom.
  • Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously.
  • Finish off your bowl by adding desired toppings such as crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Customize your toppings to suit personal preferences. Cooked beef can be made in batches for quicker serving.
