Pasta and Sauce Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 28 oz Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Basil Fresh or dried, to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.

Making the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes and heavy cream, allowing the mixture to simmer.
  • Add salt, pepper, and basil to taste.

Combining Ingredients

  • Mix in cooked rigatoni and let it absorb the sauce for a couple of minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese and fresh spinach until the cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy your creamy rigatoni!

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients. You can sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top for added flavor. A side salad or garlic bread complements this meal well.
