  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large scrambled eggs Season to taste
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage Cook until browned
  • 6 slices crispy bacon Cook until crunchy
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese Shredded or sliced

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked and season to taste.
  • Cook the crispy bacon until it's crunchy.

Assembly

  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until heated through.
