Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 3 cups Watermelon (Cubed) Use ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Yogurt Use regular or Greek yogurt for different texture.

For the Sauce

  • 5 Kiwis (Cubed) Can be substituted with other fruits like mangoes or berries.

Preparation

  • Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer the watermelon puree to the molds and freeze for about 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Once the watermelon base is firm, add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over the watermelon popsicles. Return the molds to the freezer for an additional hour and a half.
  • Peel and cut the kiwi into cubes and blend it in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in the molds and put them back in the freezer for about 6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Notes

For best results, use ripe fruits and adjust layers according to your preference. Run warm water over molds for easy removal.
