Instructions
 

Step 1 – Sauté the Onions and Garlic

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.

  • While the onions are cooking, season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 – Cook the Chicken

  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Step 4 – Create the Creamy Sauce

  • Once the chicken is browned, pour in the heavy cream. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.

  • Garnish the dish with fresh parsley before serving.
