Ingredients
  

For the Roll Ups

  • 8 oz Sliced turkey Can substitute with chicken or plant-based protein.
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese Different cheese types like Swiss or pepper jack can be used.
  • 2 cups Fresh vegetables (e.g., lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers) Feel free to use any fresh veggies.
  • 4 units Tortillas or wraps Whole wheat or gluten-free wraps can be used.

For the Sauce (Optional)

  • 2 tbsp Mustard or any preferred spread Customize with your favorite spread.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay a tortilla or wrap flat on a clean surface.
  • Place slices of turkey evenly over the tortilla.
  • Add slices of cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.
  • Layer fresh veggies of your choice on top.
  • If using, spread a layer of mustard or your preferred spread.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.

Notes

Roll-ups can be prepared and stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge. Best enjoyed cold.
