Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

For garnish

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
  • Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet in a single layer.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is reached.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight. Ensure your skillet is hot before adding the steak pieces to sear them properly. You can customize the dish by adding vegetables like bell peppers and onions in the skillet alongside the steak.
