  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce Adjust based on spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, broil them for the last few minutes of baking. You can marinate the wings in the sauce for a few hours or overnight to reduce prep time.
