Ingredients

  • 1 bag Assorted chips (tortilla, potato) Choose your favorites.
  • 1 box Crackers and toasted baguette slices Serves as a great option for dips.
  • 12 pieces Mini rolls or slider buns Perfect for sliders.

For Veggies & Dippers

  • 2 cups Veggie sticks (carrot, celery, bell pepper) Cut into sticks for easy dipping.

Cheese & Hot Bites

  • 2 cups Pre-shredded cheese or block cheese (for melting) Freshly grated has better melting quality.
  • 2 packages Frozen party appetizers (mozzarella sticks, mini taquitos) Variety adds fun to the spread.

Toppings & Sauces

  • 1 can Canned chili or store-bought meat topping for nachos Perfect for heating and serving.
  • 1 jar Jarred salsa Choose your preferred heat level.
  • 1 cup Guacamole Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Sour cream Great for topping.
  • 1 can Canned beans or refried beans Ideal for nachos or sliders.

Garnish & Small Items

  • 1 jar Pickles Great for sliders.
  • 1 jar Olives Sliced for easy picking.
  • 1 jar Jarred jalapeƱos Add some heat!
  • Napkins, Small plates, Toothpicks, Skewers, Serving bowls Necessary for serving and enjoying.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Create four food stations: chips & dips, hot bites, sliders/rolls, and veggies/fruit.
  • Place napkins and small plates at one end for self-service.

Heating

  • Preheat the oven according to package directions for frozen appetizers.
  • Arrange frozen mozzarella sticks and mini taquitos on a baking sheet and heat.

Broiling Cheese

  • If using block cheese, shred or slice it and place it over nachos or sliders.
  • Broil until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Assembling Dips

  • Spoon salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and any beans into serving bowls.

Serving

  • Arrange warm appetizers on platters and serve warm chili in a small pan or slow cooker.
