  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced Soak in cold water for a milder taste.
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled Goat cheese can be used for a creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped Almonds or sunflower seeds can be substituted.

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar For a lighter option, use lemon juice instead.

Preparation

Dressing
