  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage optional
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
  • as needed Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix and water. If using, add the cooked sausage, cheese, and parsley.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Stuffing Balls can be paired with roasted meats or served with sauces. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
