Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the cake mix at the bottom.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by the sliced strawberries.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cake mix over the top to complete the layers.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.

Serving

  • Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.

Notes
