  • 4 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 lb Grilled beef Seasoned with salt and pepper, grilled to preferred doneness
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang or chili paste Adjust according to spice preference
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 4 cups Broth Beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 scallions Chopped For garnish
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish
  • 2 cups Vegetables (bok choy, mushrooms, carrots) Optional, for added nutrition

Instructions
 

Cooking Noodles and Beef

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Season beef with salt and pepper, then grill it to your preferred doneness. Slice into strips.

Prepare Spicy Broth

  • In a pot, combine gochujang, garlic, ginger, and broth to create a spicy broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in heavy cream or crème fraîche for creaminess.

Combine and Serve

  • Add cooked noodles to the broth and mix well.
  • Serve the ramen in bowls, top with grilled beef, sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds, and add any additional vegetables you desire.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, warm gently on the stove or in the microwave.
