Ingredients

Main Drink

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 355 ml lemon-lime soda or club soda 1 can (12 oz), chilled
  • 30 ml raspberry syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 30 ml half-and-half or heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Garnishes

  • as desired whipped cream
  • as desired fresh raspberries
  • as desired extra raspberry syrup for drizzle

Instructions

  • Step 1 – Add Ice and Soda
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Pour in lemon-lime soda or club soda, leaving about 1 inch at the top.
  • Step 2 – Mix Cream Base
In a small bowl, stir together raspberry syrup, cream, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Step 3 – Assemble the Drink
Slowly pour the raspberry cream mixture over the soda. Let the creamy swirls form naturally. Do not stir too vigorously.
  • Step 4 – Garnish and Serve
Top with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and an extra drizzle of syrup. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Pour cream slowly to prevent curdling. Always use fresh ice for the best flavor. To prep ahead, mix syrup, cream, and vanilla in a jar and refrigerate. Add soda and ice just before serving to keep it fizzy and fresh. Great for kids and parties!
Variations:
• Add coconut syrup for a tropical twist.
• Use strawberry syrup for a strawberry dream.
• Add fresh lime juice for tang.
• Make it sugar-free with diet soda and sugar-free syrup.
Serving Tips:
Serve with salty snacks, at BBQs, or create a soda bar with mix-ins. Present in mason jars or clear glasses for a stunning effect.
