Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while your chicken is marinating.

Grilling

  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. The chicken is done when it’s cooked through and has nice grill marks.
