  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the drained chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry.
  • In a large bowl, combine chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. These chickpeas can be enjoyed plain, sprinkled on salads, or added to snack bowls. They pair well with fresh veggies and dips. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days for best crispness. If they soften, re-crisp in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5–10 minutes. For variations, add a pinch of cayenne for heat or use smoked paprika for a smoky note.
