For the Base

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple juice From about 1 pineapple or canned unsweetened juice
  • 1/4 cup milk Substitute with almond milk or coconut milk for dairy-free option
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream You can use coconut cream for a lighter, dairy-free version
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Enhances the flavor of your drink

For Sweetening (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar Omit if watching sugar intake

To Serve

  • 1 cup sparkling water Club soda or seltzer
  • Ice cubes For serving
  • Coconut flakes For garnish

Preparation

  • Pour the pineapple juice into a large pitcher.
  • Add the milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
  • If desired, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water, being cautious of foam.
  • Gently stir everything together, then pour into glasses and sprinkle some coconut flakes on top.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for a refreshingly cold drink. Serve immediately to enjoy the fizzy texture. Garnish with fresh mint or other fun toppings as desired.
