Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 unit Juice of lime
  • Salt to taste

To Serve (Optional)

  • Feta cheese or goat cheese, crumbled

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and cubed watermelon.
  • Add the chopped mint leaves to the fruit mixture.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  • Add salt to taste and mix gently to avoid mashing the fruit.
  • If desired, top the salad with crumbled feta or goat cheese.
  • Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for the best flavor and texture. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
