For the fries

  • 4 medium Organic upcycled potatoes Russet works great for fries.
  • 2 tablespoons Organic avocado oil Olive oil can be substituted if needed.

To serve

  • to taste Your favorite dipping sauce (ketchup, aioli, or ranch)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the organic potatoes into crinkle shapes.
  • Toss the crinkle-cut fries with organic avocado oil until evenly coated.
  • Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Keep an eye on them towards the end to avoid over-browning.

Serving

  • Once golden and crispy, remove the fries from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy fries, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Experiment with different herbs and spices for added flavor.
