  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Seasoned with spices
  • 2 cups egg noodles Cook according to package instructions
  • 4 tablespoons butter Divided use
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper To taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds color and flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Herb mix for added flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth Base for the sauce
  • Fresh parsley to taste for garnish Optional, enhances flavor and presentation

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, stir the chicken back into the skillet and mix well to combine.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave before serving. For variations, consider adding vegetables like peas or carrots, or swap chicken for shrimp or tofu.
