  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 0.5 banana sliced
  • 1 handful blueberries fresh or frozen

Optional Toppings

  • optional honey drizzle for sweetness
  • optional ground cinnamon for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Combine rolled oats and almond milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • While cooking, slice banana and prepare blueberries.
  • Pour cooked oatmeal into a serving bowl and top with banana slices and blueberries.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Use steel-cut or quick oats if preferred — adjust cooking time accordingly. For a vegan version, choose plant-based milk and skip honey. Add flaxseeds or protein powder for extra nutrition.
