  • Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  • Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined.
  • Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Freeze for up to 3 months, thaw in the fridge before eating. Press chips into the outside for a prettier look.
