Preparation

  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Cooking

  • In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken sit after rubbing with spices for about 15 minutes for better flavor penetration. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part.
