  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (about 200 g each)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (without seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional) Adjust according to spice preference.
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 100 grams sun-dried tomatoes, chopped Can use fresh tomatoes instead if needed.
  • 250 ml chicken broth Can substitute with vegetable broth for a lighter meal.
  • 200 ml cream Consider lower-fat options for a lighter version.
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan For serving.
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • as needed Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the chicken breasts over medium heat for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt the butter, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, chicken broth, cream, and honey to the pan and mix well.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Place the browned chicken in the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes.
  • Cook the ramen according to package instructions and drain.
  • Add the cooked ramen to the pan with the sauce and mix well.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and extra Parmesan.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of broth or cream if needed. For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with firm tofu.
