  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh for better flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving Optional garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely. Place it in an airtight container in the fridge, where it will last for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it in the oven or microwave until heated through. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in lemon juice for an hour before cooking. Use fresh minced garlic for a stronger garlic flavor. Don't overcook the chicken; it should be juicy and tender. Feel free to add herbs like parsley or thyme for more flavors.
