  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves Torn

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
  • Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes
