Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use room-temperature for smoother mixing.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Substitute with oat or coconut flour if nut allergies.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

To Mix In

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use mini chips for better distribution.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well until the dough is smooth and creamy without any lumps.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips along with a pinch of salt.
  • Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Scoop out the cookie dough with a spoon or use it as a topping on your favorite fruits.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Not suitable for freezing.
