Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and honey until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Baking

  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes
