For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey Maple syrup can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Yellow mustard is an option for a milder taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with any vegetable oil or melted butter.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over each chicken thigh.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Notes

Let the chicken marinate in the glaze for a few hours or overnight for deeper flavor. Serve alongside roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
