Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet.
  • Slice the honey garlic sausage and add it to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm it up in the oven or microwave.
