  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are crispy and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes for heat or sprinkle with chopped nuts for crunch. Make sure to cut the Brussels sprouts in half for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
