For Texture and Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries (Adds texture and extra berry flavor.) Substitute with fresh blackberries for different texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for topping and garnish.) Use for decoration.
  • 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional, for serving.) For a refreshing, chilled drink.

Preparation

  • Add the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher for rehydration.
  • Slowly pour the chilled blackberry juice into the pitcher until three-quarters full.
  • Gently pour in the well-stirred coconut milk for a swirling effect.
  • Swirl gently to mix, being careful not to overmix.
  • Serve over ice in chilled glasses.
  • Garnish with reserved freeze-dried blackberries before serving.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for the best refreshing effect. Adjust coconut milk to preference. For sweeter taste, add honey or sweetener. Serve in clear glasses to show off the drink's colors.
