  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions

Big Mac-style Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and sugar to create the Big Mac-style sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.

Assembly

  • Layer the tortillas with cheese, ground beef, lettuce, onions, and drizzle with the sauce.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.

Serving

  • Serve immediately on a plate with extra sauce on the side for dipping. Optional: add fries or a side salad to complete the meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding pickles to your wraps. If you like a bit of heat, add some hot sauce to the Big Mac-style sauce. Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique taste. Leftovers can be stored wrapped in foil or in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
