Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Tenders

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch, if desired
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil over the tenders.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These tenders pair well with various dipping sauces like ketchup, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce. For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. You can customize the flavor by adding your favorite spices.
