Ingredients
  

Apples

  • 5 medium apples Cored and chopped
  • 1 cup sugar Dissolved in water
  • 4 cups water Filtered or distilled

Instructions
 

  • Core and chop the apples, then place them in a glass jar.
  • Dissolve the sugar in water and pour it over the apples until they are completely submerged.
  • Cover the jar with cheesecloth to allow airflow while keeping out dust and insects.
  • Store the jar in a dark, warm place for 1-2 weeks, stirring daily.
  • After fermentation, strain out the solids and transfer the liquid back to the jar.
  • Cover again with cheesecloth and let it ferment for another 3-4 weeks until it reaches desired acidity.

Ensure all equipment is clean to prevent contamination during fermentation.
