Preparation

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.

Cooking

  • Grill patties for 5-7 minutes per side, until they reach desired doneness.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

Serving

  • Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, and any additional toppings you prefer.

Notes
