  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

For Assembly

  • 4 pieces hamburger buns Toast before serving

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into four patties.

Cooking

  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assembly

  • Assemble the hamburgers by placing the cooked patties on the buns and adding your favorite toppings.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For juicier burgers, try not to over-mix the beef mixture. Experiment with different spices and herbs to personalize the flavor. Let your patties rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in the juices. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
