  • 1/4 cup Mustard Use Dijon for sharper taste or yellow mustard for milder flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Canola oil or avocado oil are suitable alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Fresh minced garlic works well too, just use 1-2 cloves.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation of Marinade

  • In a bowl, mix together honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Marinating Chicken

  • Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

Air Frying

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for doneness.

Serving

  • Once cooked, serve them hot and drizzle with any leftover sauce.
