  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Add more if you like it spicier.

Finishing Touches

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedge shapes.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer until warm and crispy. For extra flavor, add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the seasoning mix.
