Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder For beef mixture
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder For topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Make sure the ground beef is at room temperature for easier cooking.

Cooking the Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook the beef until it’s browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat, then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

Assembling the Bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take one biscuit from the refrigerated dough. Flatten it in your hand, then place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center. Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch it closed. Place the bomb seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat this process with the remaining biscuits and filling.

Baking

  • Once all the bombs are assembled, bake them in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Topping

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. As soon as the bombs come out of the oven, brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over them.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
