  • Pour the garlic butter over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  • Season the mix with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Look for a nice caramelization on the edges to signal that it’s ready.

  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For added richness, consider using ghee instead of butter. If you're looking for a crisper texture, parboiling the cauliflower briefly before roasting can enhance the final crunch.
