Ingredients
  

Beef Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 tablespoon butter For sautéing

Wrap

  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll them up and place on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with a variety of toppings on the side. Drain excess fat from the beef to avoid greasy rollups. For added flavor, mix in Worcestershire sauce or chopped onions/bell peppers into the beef mixture.
