Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour garlic butter over them.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic butter for a couple of hours before baking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). If you like a crispy top, broil the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
