Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits

  • 2 cups variety of fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, oranges) Choose ripe but firm fruit.

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed preferred.

Preparation

  • Wash the fruits well and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey and lime juice to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the chopped fruits and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Serve in a bowl or small cups with a sprig of mint on top. Best served chilled. Can add yogurt for creaminess. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days for best taste.
