Main Drink
- 300 g fresh or frozen strawberries hulled and chopped
- 120 ml fresh lemon juice about 4 lemons
- 50 g sugar or honey adjust to taste
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 240 ml cold water or sparkling water

Step 1 – Prep the Strawberries
Wash and hull strawberries. Chop if fresh, or slightly thaw if frozen for easier blending.
Step 2 – Blend the Drink
In a high-speed blender, add strawberries, lemon juice, sugar or honey, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and slushy.
Step 3 – Adjust and Serve
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency. Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with lemon slices or strawberry halves if desired. Serve immediately.
Use ripe strawberries for natural sweetness. Adjust sugar depending on tartness. Sparkling water adds fizz for a fun twist. Freeze leftovers in molds to create strawberry lemonade popsicles. Add mint, basil, or orange juice for flavor variations.
