Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Use low-fat, nonfat, or whole-milk.
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter Use natural peanut butter with just peanuts.
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract adds depth.
  • pinch sea salt Brightens flavors.

Optional Add-ins

  • to taste chocolate chips For pressing into the tops or drizzling.

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture onto the lined tray, leaving space between each.
  • If using, press chocolate chips into the tops or drizzle melted chocolate over the bites after they firm slightly in the freezer.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours until bites are firm.
  • Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag and store in the freezer until ready to eat.

Notes

Use chilled yogurt for faster setting. Adjust sweetness to preference before freezing. Store in an airtight container with parchment layers if stacking.
